Welcome! We are a client-centered psychotherapy team where connection and collaboration are at the heart of our approach. Don't worry about finding the perfect fit on your own – meet with a few of us to see who vibes best with you or email our Clinic Director, Spring and she'll do her thing and match you with a therapist to meet your needs and personality. Whether you're seeking individual, couple or group therapy, we're here to guide you on your journey towards healing and growth, walking alongside you on your path to feeling awesome.
 

Our Fees: Our standard individual fee is $150.00/session 
Our standard rate for couple or family therapy sessions is $180/ session.

We do offer a sliding scale for individual psychotherapy sessions from $130-150/session based on therapist experience, training and skill set. For couple and family therapy our sliding scale is $150-180/session. Our sliding scale is based on client need. You know yourself and finances best and we allow you to choose the rate that you're comfortable with.

Insurance: Please email us for our registration details to see if your specific insurance plan will provide coverage for our services. We'll send you the registration details for the therapist you'd like to work with and you can then forward that information to your insurance provider. 

Direct Billing: We offer direct billing with select insurance providers, based on the associate. We also accept e-transfer, Visa, Mastercard for payment. Please reach out for more details.

Barry, Registered Psychotherapist

Barry’s strength lies in his ability to compassionately hear, listen and be present to those who are going through their own mental, emotional and spiritual suffering. Seeing you as a whole and complete person, Barry seeks to deeply understand you and help you integrate all parts of you and your lived experiences into your being.

 

As an eclectic psychotherapist he brings into sessions strategies and modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Focusing, Mindfulness and several trauma healing therapies like EMDR. This allows Barry to create a tailored space and energy for each client. Barry has studied the neurophysiology of sleep, exercise and food management and believes that each of these is a cornerstone to wellness and emotional regulation. He works with children and teenagers, students and adults, as well as a passion for working with athletes.

Geraldine effortlessly creates and fosters an environment where mutual growth and connection flourish between client and therapist. She embarked on her own transformative path of training and education, where she honed her skills and knowledge that she now brings to clients. Shylo possesses a remarkable ability to meet people where they are at in their personal journeys, ensuring that her care is as individual as the clients she serves.

This deep connection to nature has become part of her spiritual practice that has influenced her therapeutic approach to be one that is more holistic and integrative in mind body and spirit.

Shylo actively engages in volunteer work, dedicating her time and energy to causes that resonate deeply with her. She's a devoted foster parent to dogs in need, providing them with the safety, love and care they need as they journey towards finding their forever families and she’s only foster failed once!

As a deeply compassionate therapist, I believe strongly in creating a safe space for mutual growth, wherein our alliance advances the therapeutic processes. With avid curiosity and respect, we’ll explore the innermost workings of your mind, heart and spirit. I believe in taking a client-centered approach to my practice, acknowledging you as an individual and working as your pace dictates.

Without preconceived agenda, I'll work alongside you holistically in seeking your truth.

When I'm not with clients, I love to be with friends, Ticket to Ride or EDH anyone?  I also have two awesome fur-therapists, Trinket and Swayze, that I love to be out and about with. I'm also an avid crocheter both traditional and Tunisian and enjoy creating things for others as surprises.
