Deeply connected to her Oji-Cree heritage from the Treaty 9 area of Northern Ontario, Sarah’s psychotherapy practice and work with clinets is enriched by a deep understanding of diverse cultural perspectives in wellness. Through her experience in talk therapy and psychodynamic exploration, she empowers clients to embark on meaningful journeys of self-discovery and healing.

Strongly connected to her family and community Sarah draws strength and inspiration being connected to the world around. She is a devoted guardian to her Husky and is passionate about physical activity and being in the great outdoors. You can often find Sarah out on a run and other outdoor recreational activities.
