On this page you find a list of my favourite resources that I share with clients. There is something here for everyone. Self compassion? I got you! anxiety, social anxiety or procrastination? I got something for that too! There's workbooks, apps, books and even audios. The best part is that these resources are at no cost to you.

Centre for Clinical

You'll be able to find a lot of workbooks and modules ranging from Anxiety, Perfectionism, Sleep and Tolerating Distress

Free skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). It is designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry. 

Smart Recovery

Self-directed recovery with peer support and meetings groups both online and in person to help with addictions of any kind. 

Tick Tick

A free app for android and iphone that help you mange and sync all your life things. This can be especially good for those struggling to remember what needs to be and some executive function challenges.
