As a team, we have experience working with individuals of all ages, from children to seniors well into their 70s. Some clients face mental health challenges, while others are working through trauma, personal growth, grief, or simply need a safe space to explore their feelings.

Our Fees: Our standard individual session fee is $150.00/session 
Our standard couple or family therapy sessions fee is $180/ session.

We do offer a sliding scale for individual psychotherapy sessions from $130-150/session based on therapist experience, training and skill set. For couple and family therapy our sliding scale is $150-180/session.
Our sliding scale is based on client need. You know yourself and finances best and what feels right for you.

Insurance: Please email us for our registration details to see if your specific insurance plan will provide coverage for our services. 

*We offer direct billing with select insurance providers, based on the associate. We also accept e-transfer, Visa, Mastercard for payment. Please reach out for more details.
