You’ve done everything “right” — for everyone but yourself.
You’ve pushed through burnout, ignored the warning signs, laughed off the pain, and kept showing up. At work. In your relationships. In your life. People might see you as strong, capable, even invincible. But lately, you’re starting to wonder: At what cost?

I work with people who are ready to stop living on autopilot and start showing up in their own lives. Many of my clients are women navigating the pressure to be everything to everyone — battling self-doubt, burnout, ADHD, or the aftershocks of trauma. Others are men facing career stress, relationship struggles, or that quiet, gnawing sense that something’s missing. What they have in common is the awareness that something needs to shift, and that doing more of what’s not working won’t get them there.

Therapy with me is honest, collaborative, and full of real talk. I’m equal parts straight-shooter and gentle guide. I’ll ask the hard questions, bring humour into the heavy stuff, and help you find solid ground in the middle of the mess. I often use metaphors, pop culture, and lived wisdom to bring therapy to life in a way that feels grounded and human. Think of me as your life sherpa — here to walk with you, offer perspective, and help you find your own footing.

I’ve been practicing for nearly seven years, working with trauma survivors, young adults, medical professionals, and folks who are done pretending they’re fine. I also lead a team of associate therapists, and I care deeply about emotional safety — for clients and clinicians alike. I believe that integrity matters, especially when no one’s watching, and that good therapy starts with genuine connection.

If you’re ready to stop powering through and begin the deeper work of understanding and healing, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
