Hi there! My name is Sarah, I offer in-person sessions in a cozy Peterborough office and virtual sessions across Ontario. My practice is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and the deep belief that every person has an inherent capacity for growth and self-discovery.
Using a humanistic-experiential approach, Sarah prioritizes the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for healing. Trust, safety, and connection are central to her work, creating a space where clients can explore their experiences with curiosity and self-compassion. Sarah emphasizes nervous system regulation and emotion-focused strategies, supporting individuals in embracing their true feelings and reconnecting with their authentic selves.
Sarah enjoys working with adults navigating chronic stress, exhaustion, anxiety, and depression, as well as those struggling to find purpose and direction in life. Clients often arrive feeling fragmented, lost, or overwhelmed by self-doubt, often wondering, “What is wrong with me?” Through their work together, clients begin to uncover the barriers to growth, gaining clarity, meaning, and confidence—not only in short-term decisions but also in their lifelong self-understanding.
Sarah’s approach integrates mindfulness, compassion-based techniques, and parts work, offering clients a gentle yet powerful path to exploring what holds them back. She is committed to seeing and supporting the whole person—not just their challenges or diagnosis.
Clients working with her often feel deeply heard, understood, and supported. Many report experiencing reduced anxiety and worry, along with a stronger sense of meaning, direction, and self-trust as they navigate life’s complexities.
If this approach resonates, we welcome the opportunity to walk alongside clients on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.
