Hi and welcome. I’m so glad you’re here. I take a warm, client-centred approach, meaning our work together is guided by your unique story and what matters most to you. I’m here to walk alongside you as you gently explore the patterns or behaviours in your life that may feel stuck or just don’t work anymore. Together, we’ll seek to understand the ripple effects of trauma—how it may be showing up in your relationship with yourself and others—always at a pace that feels right for you.

Many people come to therapy carrying the weight of anxiety, self-doubt, grief, or pain that feels hard to name—let alone face alone. Sarah offers a soft landing place for those navigating life’s difficulties, especially when things feel overwhelming or disconnected. With a deep respect for each person’s unique story, she creates a space where clients can slow down, feel seen, and begin to make sense of their inner world at a pace that feels right for them.

Sarah is an intuitively driven psychotherapist with a client-centred, strength-based, and psychodynamic approach. She brings a holistic lens to her work, supporting clients through anxiety, social anxiety, and the deeper impacts of intergenerational trauma, grief, and depression. Of Oji-Cree heritage, Sarah holds a grounded awareness of the lasting effects of colonization on Indigenous clients and communities. She welcomes spiritual practices into the therapeutic space and works from a place of connection, curiosity, and trust.

Through her experience in talk therapy and psychodynamic exploration, she empowers clients to embark on meaningful journeys of self-discovery and healing.
