Registered Psychotherapist

Hi, I’m Kelly. I offer a warm and supportive space where you can explore what’s going on beneath the surface, reconnect with your authentic self, and move toward the life you want to live. My approach is collaborative and grounded to help you build practical tools while deepening your self-understanding. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just looking for support, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Kelly is a compassionate and grounded therapist who creates a warm, welcoming space where clients can feel safe to be themselves. Her approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens through authentic connection—not just with others, but within ourselves. With gentleness and care, she helps individuals reconnect with who they truly are, so they can align their choices and behaviors with the values that matter most to them—whether in work, relationships, or personal growth.

Kelly draws from mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients gain the skills and internal resources they need to feel more confident, regulated, and supported in everyday life. She offers one-on-one virtual therapy across Ontario, and especially enjoys working with individuals navigating generalized anxiety, social anxiety, ADHD, depression, identity exploration, and communication challenges.

A key part of Kelly’s work involves supporting clients in developing a healthier relationship with their emotions by offering tools for nervous system regulation and emotional balance. She gently guides individuals in understanding their internal experiences in new, empowering ways—helping them feel more in control, less overwhelmed, and more capable of responding to life with intention and clarity.

Kelly tailors her approach to each individual, creating thoughtful, personalized treatment plans that reflect where they are and where they hope to go. Clients often describe feeling more grounded, more self-aware, and more aligned with the life they want to lead. Her work is about more than symptom relief—it’s about helping people move toward wholeness, meaning, and lasting change.
