MACP

Registered Psychotherapist, Qualifying

Hi there, I’m Becky. So, you’ve been putting yourself last for so long it feels like the default setting. You’re a parent doing everything “right” and still lying awake wondering why it doesn’t feel that way. You’re a teen or young adult trying to figure out who you actually are, underneath who everyone expects you to be. Or maybe none of that’s quite it, you just have a gut feeling that something could be different, even if you can’t put your finger on what yet. You are welcome here!

Becky’s style is warm, patient, and fully tuned in to whoever’s in the room with her. She doesn’t believe in handing you answers, you have them within you already. It’s her job to walk alongside you while you find them. Sessions with her feel like a real conversation, not an interrogation. She’s curious, kind and brings compassion to her clients, and is fiercely in their corner. Becky follows your lead, notices what goes unsaid, and meets people exactly where they are, with metaphors and a little lightness included when they fit. And when someone needs to be held accountable, or to ask the hard questions or say the hard things, she’ll do that too.

One of Becky’s favourite parts of this work is watching someone realize they’ve had the strength all along, they just needed a safe place to find it. If you’re looking for a space where you can be exactly who you are and start figuring out what’s next, she’d be honoured to walk that path with you.
